The rules of working together

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aitargetedsolutions.com (the "Site") and any services provided by AI Targeted Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who We Are

AI Targeted Solutions provides marketing, website, SEO, social media, booking, and automation services for salons, lash artists, med spas, and other beauty professionals. The Site is owned and operated by Anthony Sellers (Riven Hale).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Send spam, malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our written permission
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation

4. Free Audit Requests

When you submit our audit request form, you're requesting a free review of your salon's online presence. By submitting, you agree that:

• We may contact you at the email address you provide regarding your request
• The audit is provided as-is, based on publicly available information about your business
• The audit and any recommendations do not guarantee specific business outcomes
• You authorize us to review your website, Google Business Profile, and public social profiles

3. Paid Services

If you engage us for paid services beyond the free audit, the specific terms — including scope, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule, and cancellation policy — will be outlined in a separate written agreement or invoice. Those terms will control over these general Terms where they differ.

6. No Guarantees of Results

We work hard to help your business grow, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control — including your market, competition, pricing, service quality, and client experience. We do not guarantee any specific number of bookings, revenue increase, search ranking position, or other business outcome. Any results, statistics, or examples shown on the Site are illustrative and not promises of what you will achieve.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Any work product we create for paying clients (websites, copy, graphics, etc.) will be governed by the terms of the specific engagement, including any IP transfer or licensing terms we agree to in writing.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and any free content (including audits) are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Targeted Solutions and Anthony Sellers (Riven Hale) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site or our free services. Our total liability for any claim related to the free use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

For paid client engagements, liability will be addressed in the separate written agreement governing that work.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice — particularly if we believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement we sign with you for paid services, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
