Verification: To process a verifiable consumer request, we may need to verify your identity by matching information you provide against information in our records. We will not use information you provide for verification for any other purpose.

Authorized agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.

Notice of financial incentives: We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection, sale, or retention of personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms (TCPA)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms and provide a phone number, you are providing express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act for AI Targeted Solutions, LLC to send you SMS text messages relating to your inquiry and salon marketing services.

• Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.
• Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing messages.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or email us at the address below.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving services. You can submit our forms and receive a free audit without ever opting in to SMS.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data — including the phone number, the date and time of consent, and the form on which consent was given — is logged and retained for compliance purposes.
