Plain English: use our site honestly; if you subscribe, you're agreeing to these Terms and to your plan's description; tools and results that depend on outside platforms aren't guaranteed; and there's no contract — you can cancel anytime.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aitargetedsolutions.com (the "Site") and the products and services we provide (the "Services"). By using the Site you agree to the general Terms below. If you purchase a paid plan or product, then by clicking "I agree" at checkout and/or by paying, you also agree to the subscription Terms (Sections 6–23) and to the Plan Description for what you bought (Schedule A). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the Services.
1. Who We Are
AI Targeted Solutions ("AITS," "we," "us," or "our") provides listing, website, CRM, booking, SEO, social media, communication, and automation services for salons, lash artists, med spas, and other small businesses. The Site and Services are owned and operated by AI Targeted Solutions, a brand of GGG, LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Site or the Services. By using them, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Definitions
Plan — a monthly subscription tier. Add-on — an optional product that pairs with a Plan. Plan Description — the written description of what a Plan or Add-on includes, set out in Schedule A and incorporated into these Terms. Usage — metered consumption such as SMS segments, voice minutes, and AI minutes. Order — your selection of a Plan and/or products at checkout, including custom items.
4. Site Use & Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: violate any law or regulation; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Services to send messages or run campaigns that violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or carrier rules (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and 10DLC requirements).
5. Free Audit
If you submit our audit request form, you're requesting a free review of your business's online presence. Submitting the form does not create any paid engagement or obligation, and any insights we share are provided "as is" without warranty.
6. Subscription Services & Plan Descriptions
We provide the Services described in the Plan Description for whatever you purchase (Schedule A). Each Plan Description is part of these Terms as if written here. Where a Plan Description and these general Terms conflict about what is included, the Plan Description controls; on legal matters, these Terms control. We may improve or change how a feature is delivered as long as we do not materially reduce the core function you purchased.
When you accept these Terms at checkout, we record the accepting user, email, date and time, IP address, the version of these Terms, and the Plan or product purchased. That record is the evidence of your agreement.
7. Custom & One-Off Orders
For anything sold outside the standard catalog — custom marketing services, ad campaigns, one-time builds, or other bespoke work — the Order summary or invoice for that item is its Plan Description, incorporated by reference, and your acceptance or payment for it is your agreement to it under these Terms. Third-party ad spend, where applicable, is billed separately by the ad platform and is your responsibility.
8. No Contract; Term & Cancellation
There is no fixed term and no long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month and renew automatically each month until canceled. To cancel, email contact@aitargetedsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; it stops future charges and does not retroactively refund the current period (Section 12). One-time products and custom Orders are not "canceled" once delivered.
9. Fees, Billing & Auto-Renewal
You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method the Plan fee in advance each month, plus any Add-on fees, one-time fees, and applicable taxes, until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at the then-current rate. We will give 30 days' notice of any price increase to existing subscribers. If a charge fails, we may retry for up to 7 days and may suspend the Services if payment is not resolved within that window. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Free trial. New subscriptions may begin with a 7-day trial of the core platform. During the trial, features that carry activation or usage costs — including phone, AI, and email — are not active. The trial does not automatically charge your payment method: billing begins only when you choose to convert your trial to a live, paid plan, at which point any free-period or first-year allowances (such as included email) begin. If you do not convert, the trial simply ends and you are not charged.
10. Usage Allowances & Overages
Each Plan includes a monthly Usage allowance (such as SMS segments, voice minutes, and AI minutes). Allowances do not roll over. When an allowance is used up, the metered feature pauses and you will be notified to purchase additional Usage to continue. We do not automatically bill overages without your purchase.
11. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade between Plans. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current month; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Reducing your Plan may remove features and lower Usage allowances going forward.
12. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including the current month upon cancellation, one-time build fees once work has begun, prepaid Usage packages, and custom Orders, except where required by law.
13. Your Content & Responsibilities
You are responsible for: the accuracy of information you provide; holding the rights to all content (images, logos, text) you give us to publish; lawful use of communication tools and obtaining any consent required from your own customers; and providing the timely access and approvals we need to deliver the Services. You will not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose.
14. Ownership; What You Keep on Cancellation
Your content and data are yours — your logos, copy, images, customer/CRM records, and booking data. On cancellation you may request an export within 30 days, after which we may delete it. Your website is yours; you keep it, and our hosting is part of the subscription, so on cancellation you may move your website to your own hosting. Your domain is registered in your name; we host and manage it during your subscription and can transfer it to you or another party at your request, subject to a 90-day waiting period for newly registered domains. The platform itself — portal, CRM, booking portal, calls/SMS, AI features, dashboards, automations, and hosting — is licensed to you only while you are subscribed, and access ends on cancellation. One-time purchased builds (Website Rebuild / Premium Website) are part of "your website" and are kept.
15. Third-Party Services & No Guarantees
The Services rely on third-party platforms and carriers we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, placement, or appearance on Google, Apple, Bing, or other platforms; any volume of leads, bookings, calls, or revenue; delivery of every SMS or voice message (which is subject to carrier filtering and the recipient's device); or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Results depend on factors outside our control.
16. Data & Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you collect from your own customers through the Services and for having a lawful basis to do so.
17. Service Changes & Discontinuation
We may add, change, replace, or discontinue features. If we discontinue or replace something you pay for, you will keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, or be migrated to the newer replacement (the price of which may or may not change, with notice per Section 9).
18. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITS (GGG, LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to free use of the Site shall not exceed $100. Our total liability for any claim related to paid Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding one (1) month.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your messaging or marketing practices, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
20. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the paid Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and AITS waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except as provided in Section 20, any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version number and "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will require re-acceptance at your next renewal or before continued use of the paid Services; non-material changes take effect on posting. We keep prior versions on record.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the applicable Plan Description(s) in Schedule A, your Order, and our Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Services, and supersede any prior "separate written agreement" language for the Services.

Schedule A — Plan Descriptions
This Schedule is incorporated into the Terms by reference (Section 6). Allowances do not roll over; overages follow Section 10. No outcome is guaranteed (Section 15). Ownership on cancellation follows Section 14.
Common Terms
Platform User — one staff login/seat for the portal. Profile Update — a change to your listing content (Our Good Name plan). Content Update — changes and additions to existing website content (editing text, swapping or adding images, updating hours/prices/services, or adding a content block to a page you already have); completed within 3 business days. A Content Update does not include creating a new page (see Additional Website Page), rebuilding or redesigning a page or layout (see Website Rebuild / Premium Website), structural overhauls, or custom development. SMS Segment — one text unit of up to 160 characters. Voice Minute — one minute of inbound or outbound calling, rounded up. AI Minute — one minute of an AI receptionist interaction, rounded up; consumes AI Minutes only. Business Number — one dedicated phone number. Website Page — one published page on your AITS-hosted website. Email Mailbox — one business email account on your domain, separate from Platform Users: none on Our Good Name; Essentials & Starter include one standard (non-Google) mailbox free for the first year, then $5/mo (additional mailboxes $5/mo each); Growth and above include one Google Workspace mailbox in the plan price (additional mailboxes $12/mo each).
Booking options
Direct Booking Link — a single "Book Now" link to a booking destination you provide. Booking Link Integration — that link wired throughout your AITS website. Embedded Booking Experience — customers book from within your website (no redirect), single-service flow. Advanced Booking Experience — embedded booking plus multiple services/categories, provider selection, and brand-matched styling. Branded Booking Portal (add-on) — our own native booking system at your branded URL, with staff calendars, service menus, deposits, confirmations, and customer records.
Subscription Plans
Our Good Name — $19.99/mo. A single public business listing on the AITS platform, for businesses that already have their own website and booking system. This is a listing only: it does not include a website, hosting, domain, business email, CRM/customer database, booking or calendar system, phone number, SMS/voice, or AI features (all available on higher plans or as add-ons). It includes:
- Business Listing & Description — one public profile with your business name and a written description we publish using content you provide or approve. You are responsible for its accuracy.
- Contact Information — display of your own business contact details (name, public phone, email, address or service area). No phone number, mailbox, or call/text handling is provided at this tier — display only.
- Service Categories — the categories of services you offer, shown for organization and discoverability. These are labels only — not bookable or priced menu items.
- Portfolio Images — display of up to 10 images you supply. You confirm you hold the rights to use them; we may resize or optimize them for display.
- Website & Social Links — outbound links to your existing website and social profiles. We do not build, host, or maintain those external properties at this tier.
- Local Search Visibility — we structure your listing using standard local-discoverability practices (consistent business info, categories, location data). We do not control or guarantee any specific ranking, placement, or appearance on Google, Apple, Bing, or any third party; results depend on factors outside our control.
- Direct Booking Link — a single “Book Now” link that sends visitors to a booking destination you provide (your existing booking tool, scheduling page, or phone). No booking engine, calendar, availability, or appointment processing is provided at this tier.
- 1 Profile Update / Month — one request per calendar month to change your listing content (description, contact info, categories, images, or links), completed within 3 business days. Unused updates do not roll over.
Essentials — $59/mo. A professional, simple online presence for businesses needing a basic website. Includes:
- Domain Included — a standard domain registered in your name and connected to your site; we register and manage it during your subscription, and transfer-out follows Section 14 (90-day wait for newly registered domains). Premium or aftermarket domains, if requested, may carry an additional cost.
- 1-Page Website — a single-page, mobile-responsive website we build and host using content you provide or approve. Additional pages are available via the Additional Website Page add-on ($99 each) or a higher plan.
- Hosting & SSL Security — we host your website and provide an SSL certificate (secure https). Hosting is part of your subscription; on cancellation you may move the site to your own hosting (Section 14).
- Contact Form & Click-to-Call — a contact form that sends submissions to your email and a click-to-call button that dials your own business phone on mobile. No AITS phone number, texting, or call handling is included at this tier.
- Services Section & Gallery — a section describing your services and an image gallery, using content and images you supply (you confirm you hold the rights). Informational only — not a bookable menu.
- Basic Analytics & Owner Dashboard — a portal showing high-level website metrics (such as visits) and your account details. Advanced analytics are available on higher plans.
- Business Email — one standard (non-Google) business mailbox on your domain, free for the first year and $5/mo thereafter; additional mailboxes are $5/mo each.
Starter — $99/mo. Website plus business operations for solo professionals. Everything in Essentials (domain, hosting & SSL, contact form & click-to-call, services section & gallery, basic analytics, and the free-first-year business email), plus:
- 5-Page Website — a mobile-responsive website of up to 5 pages we build and host (upgrading the single page from Essentials). Additional pages are available via the Additional Website Page add-on ($99 each) or a higher plan.
- CRM, Calendar & Forms — a customer database (CRM) to store and organize your contacts, an appointment calendar, and web forms that capture leads from your site into the CRM. These are part of the platform and licensed while you are subscribed (Section 14).
- Contact Management — adding, importing, organizing, tagging, and keeping notes on your customer contacts within the CRM. Your contacts are your data and are exportable on cancellation (Section 14).
- Booking Link Integration — your existing booking link wired throughout your website (navigation and page buttons), not just one place. Booking still happens on the booking platform you provide; no native booking engine is included at this tier (see the Branded Booking Portal add-on or higher plans).
- Basic GBP Optimization — foundational setup of your Google Business Profile (business information, categories, hours, and similar basics) to support local discoverability. Full optimization and monthly posts are available on higher plans. No specific ranking or placement is guaranteed (Section 15).
- 1 Content Update / Month — one Content Update per calendar month (as defined in Common Terms — edits and additions to existing content, not rebuilds or new pages), completed within 3 business days; no rollover. Extra updates are $49 each.
- 1 Platform User — one staff login/seat for the portal. Additional Platform Users are available on higher plans.
Growth — $199/mo. Automation for businesses consistently receiving leads. Everything in Starter, with your business email upgraded to Google Workspace (1 seat included in the price; additional seats $12/mo each), plus:
- Up to 10 Website Pages — your website may grow to up to 10 pages (from 5 on Starter). Additional pages via the Additional Website Page add-on ($99 each).
- Embedded Booking Experience — customers book from within a page of your website without being redirected away, powered by your connected booking tool. The fully native, AITS-run booking flow is the Branded Booking Portal add-on.
- Automated Follow-Up — automated message sequences (email and/or text) triggered by events such as a new lead or a completed appointment. Texts draw from your SMS allowance below.
- Lead Tracking & Review Requests — tracking incoming leads through stages in your CRM, plus automated requests inviting customers to leave a review. We do not guarantee any number of reviews or their content (Section 15).
- Quarterly SEO Refresh — a periodic review and tune-up of your website’s on-page SEO basics once per calendar quarter. This is a periodic refresh, not an ongoing SEO campaign (see the Advanced SEO add-on or higher plans), and no specific ranking is guaranteed (Section 15).
- Monthly Reporting — a monthly summary of key metrics such as website traffic and leads.
- 250 SMS Segments Included — a monthly allowance of 250 SMS segments used by your automated messages (such as follow-ups and review requests). The allowance does not roll over; additional usage follows Section 10.
Professional — $399/mo. More leads and better visibility for established businesses ready to grow. Everything in Growth, plus:
- Up to 15 Website Pages — your website may grow to up to 15 pages (from 10 on Growth). Additional pages via the Additional Website Page add-on ($99 each).
- Full GBP Optimization & Monthly Posts — comprehensive optimization of your Google Business Profile (beyond the basic setup at Starter) plus posts we publish to the profile each month. No specific ranking or placement is guaranteed (Section 15).
- Local SEO & Citation Building — local search optimization plus building and cleaning up your business citations (consistent name, address, and phone across directories). No specific ranking is guaranteed (Section 15).
- Content Optimization — ongoing optimization of your existing website content (copy, headings, and metadata) for search and clarity. This refines existing content; new pages and rebuilds are separate (see Additional Website Page / Website Rebuild).
- Review Automation — an automated workflow that requests and follows up on customer reviews across channels. We do not guarantee any number of reviews or their content (Section 15).
- Advanced Booking Experience — the embedded booking experience plus multiple services or categories, provider selection, and brand-matched styling, powered by your connected booking tool. The fully native, AITS-run flow is the Branded Booking Portal add-on.
- Enhanced Owner Dashboard — an enhanced owner view consolidating leads, bookings, reviews, and reporting in one place (a fuller version of the basic dashboard included from Essentials).
- 2 Content Updates / Month — two Content Updates per calendar month (as defined in Common Terms — edits and additions to existing content, not rebuilds or new pages), each completed within 3 business days; no rollover. Extra updates are $49 each.
- 1,000 SMS Segments Included — a monthly allowance of 1,000 SMS segments for your messaging; the allowance does not roll over, and additional usage follows Section 10.
- 2 Platform Users — two staff logins/seats for the portal (up from one on Starter). Additional Platform Users are available on higher plans.
Business — $649/mo. Texting, calling, AI, and retention for businesses wanting advanced communication. Everything in Professional, plus:
- Up to 20 Website Pages — your website may grow to up to 20 pages (from 15 on Professional). Additional pages via the Additional Website Page add-on ($99 each).
- Business Hub — your command center for the Business tier: a single workspace that unifies every customer touchpoint that activates at this plan — calls, texts, the AI receptionist, web inquiries, and email — alongside your CRM, calendar and bookings, reviews, and reporting. Instead of switching between tools, you see and act on every conversation, lead, and appointment from one screen.
- Voice & SMS Platform — included at this tier: a dedicated Business Number with calling and texting from your portal, voicemail and voicemail-to-email, call and message history, and CRM integration. Calls and texts draw from the allowances below (overage follows Section 10).
- AI Receptionist & Call Recording — included at this tier: a 24/7 automated AI voice agent that answers calls, books appointments, handles FAQs, and captures leads into your CRM (drawing from your AI-minute allowance below); plus call recording with cloud storage and playback. You are responsible for any call-recording consent required in your jurisdiction.
- Email & SMS Retention Campaigns — marketing and re-engagement campaigns sent to your existing customers by email and text (text campaigns draw from your SMS allowance). You are responsible for having the consent required to message your customers (Section 10); we do not guarantee any campaign result.
- Quarterly Strategy Calls — a scheduled strategy and review call with our team once per calendar quarter.
- Priority Support — your support requests are handled ahead of standard-plan requests.
- 3 Content Updates / Month — three Content Updates per calendar month (as defined in Common Terms — edits and additions to existing content, not rebuilds or new pages), each completed within 3 business days; no rollover. Extra updates are $49 each.
- Monthly Allowance: 2,500 SMS Segments, 500 Voice Minutes, 300 AI Minutes — your included monthly usage. Allowances do not roll over; additional usage follows Section 10. AI Minutes are consumed by the AI Receptionist and do not also consume Voice Minutes.
- 3 Platform Users & 1 Business Number — three staff logins/seats for the portal and one dedicated Business Number for calls and texts. A Platform User is a portal login only — it is not an email mailbox; your included email remains one Google Workspace mailbox (additional mailboxes $12/mo each).
Enterprise — $999/mo. Multi-location growth for larger organizations. Everything in Business, plus:
- Up to 25 Website Pages — your website may grow to up to 25 pages (from 20 on Business). Additional pages via the Additional Website Page add-on ($99 each).
- Multi-Location Management — manage multiple business locations under one account, each with its own profile, calendar, and number(s), plus consolidated reporting across locations. The number of locations and any per-location resources are set out in your Order.
- White-Glove Onboarding — a guided, done-for-you setup in which our team handles the build, content migration, and configuration to get you live.
- Dedicated Success Manager — a named point of contact who manages your account on an ongoing basis.
- Advanced Analytics — deeper reporting beyond the standard dashboard, including cross-location and more detailed performance metrics.
- Custom Integrations — connecting AITS to your other tools and systems. Standard integrations are included; complex or bespoke integrations are scoped and quoted separately (Section 7).
- Monthly Strategy Calls — a scheduled strategy and review call with our team each month.
- Monthly Allowance: 10,000 SMS Segments, 2,000 Voice Minutes, 1,000 AI Minutes — your included monthly usage. Allowances do not roll over; additional usage follows Section 10. AI Minutes are consumed by the AI Receptionist and do not also consume Voice Minutes.
- 5 Platform Users & up to 3 Business Numbers — five staff logins/seats for the portal and up to three dedicated Business Numbers for calls and texts. A Platform User is a portal login only — it is not an email mailbox; your included email remains one Google Workspace mailbox (additional mailboxes $12/mo each).
Usage Packages (top-ups)
Every plan includes a monthly Usage allowance, which does not roll over (Section 10). To go beyond it, buy a prepaid package at the best per-unit rate, or use pay-as-you-go. Prepaid packages are applied to your account and used once your monthly allowance is exhausted; prepaid balances remain available until used.
- SMS Segments — 500 for $10 · 1,000 for $18 · 2,500 for $40 · 5,000 for $70. Pay-as-you-go: $0.025 per segment.
- Voice Minutes — 250 for $15 · 500 for $25 · 1,000 for $45. Pay-as-you-go: $0.07 per minute.
- AI Minutes — 100 for $25 · 300 for $60 · 600 for $108 · 1,000 for $150. Pay-as-you-go: $0.25 per minute.
Add-ons (pair with any plan)
Voice & SMS Platform — $79/mo. A dedicated business phone line for calling and texting from your portal. 500 SMS segments and 200 voice minutes are included each month (overage follows Section 10); each extra number is +$15/mo. Business texting requires sender (10DLC) registration, which we handle at setup. Includes:
- a dedicated Business Number for calls and texts;
- voicemail and voicemail-to-email;
- call and message history; and
- CRM integration.
AI Receptionist — $149/mo. A 24/7 automated AI voice agent that answers your calls. 300 AI minutes are included each month (AI minutes only; overage follows Section 10). It automates call handling and is not a guaranteed substitute for a human; when it cannot assist, it may take a message or route the call. Includes:
- 24/7 call answering;
- appointment booking;
- FAQ responses; and
- lead capture with CRM integration.
Live Receptionist — $249/mo. Real human agents answer your calls. 100 minutes are included each month, then $1.50/min. Coverage is available 24/7, with shifts scheduled in advance. Includes:
- appointment scheduling;
- lead intake and message taking; and
- call transfers.
Live Chat Agents — $199/mo. Real human agents staff your website chat. 100 chats are included each month, then $2.50/chat. Coverage is available 24/7, with shifts scheduled in advance. Includes:
- visitor Q&A and lead qualification;
- booking assistance; and
- transcript logging with CRM integration.
Advanced SEO — $149/mo. Ongoing search-optimization work for your site. No specific ranking or result is guaranteed (Section 15). Includes:
- keyword tracking;
- on-page optimization;
- technical SEO monitoring; and
- monthly reporting.
Advanced Call Transcription — $49/mo. Automated transcripts of your calls. 500 minutes are included each month; transcription accuracy is not guaranteed. Includes:
- AI transcriptions;
- speaker identification; and
- searchable call history.
Missed Call Text Back — $29/mo. Automatically texts callers you miss so leads aren’t lost. 250 SMS segments are included. Requires a texting-capable Business Number (the Voice & SMS Platform add-on or a tier that includes one). Includes:
- instant text response;
- booking-link delivery; and
- lead capture.
Call Recording — $19/mo. Records your calls with storage and playback. You are responsible for any call-recording consent required in your jurisdiction. Includes:
- unlimited recording;
- cloud storage; and
- playback access.
Branded Booking Portal — $49/mo. Your own native booking page at a branded URL where customers choose a service, provider, and time. +$12/mo per additional provider. Includes:
- a custom booking URL;
- staff calendars;
- service menus and deposits; and
- appointment confirmations.
Additional Business Number — $15/mo. An extra dedicated number for calls and texts. Each number may require its own sender (10DLC) registration, which we handle.
Social Media Management — from $299/mo. Managed social posting for your business. The base includes approximately 12 posts per month (about 3 per week) across Instagram and Facebook; additional platforms, higher cadence, or video/Reels are quoted separately. Includes:
- a content calendar;
- scheduled posting; and
- engagement monitoring.
Website Rebuild — $499 one-time. A full redesign of your existing site. The delivered site is owned by you (Section 14).
Premium Website — $999 one-time. A custom, high-end build from scratch. The delivered site is owned by you (Section 14).
Additional Website Page — $99 one-time. One page beyond your plan’s included page count.
Extra Content Update — $49 each. One Content Update (as defined in Common Terms) beyond your plan’s monthly included updates.
